What is our return policy?

We offer 28 day return policy for most of our products, at the customer's expense. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We do not accept exchanges. Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details.

How shall I store my jewellery?

We recommend to store your jewellery in the individual jewellery boxes or soft pouches that it comes in to prevent pieces from scratching each other, in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight.
